Program taught in English.

Please refer to the following language requirement.

All the following documents should be uploaded to the online application system before application due date.

1. An autobiography in English.

2. A video clip of self-introduction. Please upload it to Google Drive (or other cloud storage) and provide the link.

3. A study plan (including a research plan) in English. CV/Resume in English

4. Language Requirement:

Minimum English proficiency for non-native English-speaking applicants:

(1) TOEFL score iBT-TOEFL of 72

(2) IELTS of 5.5

(3) TOEIC of 785

5. Diploma and Transcripts

(1) Master Program: Diploma and transcripts in English for the undergraduate course

(2) Ph.D. Program: Diploma and official transcript in English for the graduate and undergraduate courses.

6. Two recommendation letters

Selection criteria will be determined by the Admission Committee.

【For Applicants to the Ph.D. Program】

According to NSYSU regulations, applicants seeking the NSYSU Scholarship (tuition fee waiver) must obtain and submit an “Academic Advisor Consent Form for NSYSU Ph.D. Scholarship” before the school application deadline. This form is an agreement from a faculty member to advise your studies. To be considered for this scholarship, you must complete these steps in this order:

Indicate interest - Submit application documents to IGPEHD. Please do not contact individual faculty for interviews. If you already have a faculty member in mind, you can tell us when you submit documents (CV is required and other optional supporting documents). Otherwise, we identify a prospective faculty member for your interview following initial screening and document review.
Complete interview - IGPEHD helps schedule an interview for those who passed initial screening.
Receive consent form - approved applicants will receive consent form signed by faculty members.
1. *Please note: receipt of the consent form does not guarantee admission or receipt of the scholarship. Admission and awarding of scholarship is contingent on subsequent university and program review procedures.
2. If you do not receive a consent form, you are still eligible to apply to the program without the tuition waiver. Follow the school deadline.
Submit application to school - If you receive a consent form, it must be uploaded with all other materials by the school deadline.
