【Announcement】Application to Direct Admission to Ph.D Program

This is the announcement of the application for direct admission to the Ph.D. program for the first semester of the 113th academic year for Master's degree students (including in-service programs).

In accordance with the Regulations for Students Applying for Direct Admission to the Ph.D. Program, attached as Appendix I.


Application period: August 1 (Thursday) to August 7 (Wednesday), 2024

(I) The Application Process:

  1. Graduate students who wish to apply for direct admission to doctoral programs (including part-time programs) may now download the application form from the Office of Academic Affairs website and fill in up to three priorities/orders (e.g., Appendices II and III).
  2. Complete the application form (including the Order List Form) with academic transcripts at the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs within the application deadline.
  3. Submit the application form along with a letter of recommendation from two associate professors or above, transcripts, and other information specified by the department/institute/program to the department/institute/program in which the student intends to pursue doctoral studies before August 7.

(II) Depending on the status of the application, the Office of Academic Affairs will invite representatives from relevant departments to jointly review the application forms, and then announce the result on the website of the Office of Academic Affairs after approval by the President of the University.
