The program is established by the National Science and Technology Council (hereinafter referred to as NSTC), aiming to build a solid foundation of research talents and reserve talents for core strategic industries. The program awards outstanding first year Ph.D. students who have demonstrated their potential for significant research contributions and supports them to pursue full-time doctoral degree.

The Program is now accepting online applications from September 15, 2023 to October 16, 2023. If you are interested, please see more details in the attached document. This program is designed for students who plan to enroll in a doctoral program next year. Therefore, Master's Degree students who plan to enroll in a doctoral program are eligible to apply.
